What is the difference between an advance and a loan?

In an advance, we purchase a portion of the proceeds of your case. If you should lose your case, you keep the advance and owe ALN Capital Services, nothing. If this were a loan, you would be required to pay back the money owed.

Am I eligible?

After you contact ALN Capital Services, providing us with your attorney and case information, we will contact your attorney to find out the particulars about your case. Once your attorney provides us, with the necessary documentation, we will notify you to let you know if your advance request has been approved.

ALN Capital Services, isn't concerned with your credit history, FICO score or your employment status.

How long will I have to wait?

Usually, the advances are approved rather quickly once your attorney provides the necessary documents to us. We will fax or email the contract to you and your attorney for review and once the contract is signed by all parties and returned, the money will be sent.
